AIBE 2024 (All India Bar Examination) is conducted two times a year i.e. bi-annually by BCI (Bar Council of India). Basically, this is not an entrance examination for any college or university but this exam is to test the ability and capability of the advocates.
This exam decides whether the advocate is able to practice law in India or not. The one advocate who fails in this examination is not capable to practice law in India.
Once an aspirant clears AIBE, he/she will be awarded a “Certificate of Practice” by the BCI. This is an open book examination for the lawyers, just to check their analytical skills as well as basic knowledge of the law.
