AP ICET Application Form 2024

The AP ICET 2024 application process has been started by Sri Venkateswara University, Andhra Pradesh and the application form will be released online on the AP ICET’s official website. You will have to generate your login credentials prior to filling out the AP ICET 2024 application form. Applicants will have to provide previous academic details & personal data when filling out the AP ICET application form. Applicants will have to upload all the required documents and also have to pay the AP ICET application fee.

How to Fill AP ICET Application Form?

In order to complete the AP ICET 2024 registration & application process, applicants can follow the below steps:

Step 1: Registration

Prior to starting the registration process, the applicants must have complete knowledge of all the steps involved in the registration process. It is very simple & easy to follow the AP ICET registration process.

  1. Go to the website of AP ICET i.e. http://sche.ap.gov.in.
  2. Now click the “Apply Online” link appearing on the homepage.
  3. Now choose the payment mode to pay the registration fee: Debit / Credit card or e-Seva/ MeeSeva/AP Online.

For payment mode AP Online / e-Seva / MeeSeva:

  1. You have to visit AP Online centers with the following details:
    • Roll no. of the qualifying examination
    • Name of candidates
    • Father’s name of the candidate
    • DoB of the candidates according to the certificate
    • Roll no. of SSC or its equivalence
    • Active mobile no. of the candidates.
  2. Now take the payment receipt and check the details of the Transaction ID.
  3. Now with this transaction Id, you will have to log in to the AP ICET’s official website.
  4. Fill in the necessary details for verification of payment like AP ICET application no., name of candidates, etc.
  5. Next, you have to click on the “Proceed to online application form filling” button to proceed next.

For payment through Debit/ Credit card:

  1. Applicants will have to fill Debit/ Credit Card details.
  2. After filling the details, click the button of “Make Payment”, after clicking on the button, the system will generate an automated Transaction ID.
  3. Lastly, click to “Proceed to online application form filling” button to fill the online application form.

Step 2: Filling AP ICET Application Form

After making payment, applicants will have to fill the online application form by filling in the below details:

  • Personal Details– Applicants will have to enter their personal details such as Candidate’s Name, Parent’s Name, Candidate’s DoB, Identification Marks, Gender, District, State, Aadhar No., Communication Address, etc.
  • Qualifying Examination– Applicants will have to enter their qualifying details such as Bachelor’s details (Appearing / Passed), Passing Year, Roll no. of the qualifying exam, Total percentage, Place of study of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifying exam.
  • Choice of Regional Entrance Exam– Applicants will have to choose one entrance test center as per their preference.
  • Category– Applicants will have to fill their category to which they belong from BC-A/ BC-B/ BC-C/ BC-D/ BC-E/ ST/ SC/ OC.
  • Local Area Status– OU: Osmania University, AU: Andhra University, ANU: Acharya Narayana University, SVU: Sri Venkateswara University, Non-Local: As per conditions given in the booklet of Instruction.
  • SSC or equivalent- In this section, applicants will have to fill SSC Board or equivalent Roll No., Passing Year, Place of Study of SSC exam.
  • Community– Applicants will have to fill in the details of their community either of Minority or Non-Minority Community.
  • Special Category– If someone belongs to any special category either of PH / HI / VH / PH, CAP, NCC, Sports then they will have to mention it.
  • Annual Parental Income– Applicants will have to mention their annual parental income i.e. Below 1 Lakh or Between One lakh & Two lakh or More than 2 Lakh.
  • Intermediate Degree– Applicants will have to mention that they have studied Mathematics in (10+2) or not, and the Place of Study of class 10+2.

Step 3: Uploading the documents

Post filling the AP ICET application form, applicants will have to upload the required documents in the prescribed format as mentioned below:

  • Applicants will have to upload scanned images of their recent passport-sized photo in the format of .jpg and the file size should be less than 30 KB.
  • Applicants will have to upload scanned images of their scanned image of signature in the format of .jpg and the file size should be less than 15 KB.

AP ICET Application Fee

  • General category candidates must have to submit Rs. 650/-.
  • Reserved category candidates must have to submit Rs. 450/-.
  • The applicants can pay the application fee in both modes via online (Debit /Credit card /Net Banking) or offline (in cash).
  • In order to pay the fee in offline mode i.e. via cash then applicants will have to visit the nearest AP Online Center.

AP ICET Application Form Correction

  • The authority will provide the facility to make corrections in the application form details for a fixed period of time when the application form correction window will open.
  • The correction window will open after the last date of submission of the application form.
  • The changes can be made in the following details:
    • Gender
    • Bridge course Roll No.
    • Local Area Status
    • Mother’s Name
    • Mobile/Email ID
    • The annual income of parents

AP ICET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

The Sri Venkateswara University, AP ICET 2024 exam conducting body, has set a number of eligibility criteria for applicants to be eligible to apply for the examination.   • The nationality of the applicants must be Indian.
  • Applicants should satisfy the requirements for local/non-local status laid down by Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (As per amended order of 1974 for Regulations of Admission).

AP ICET 2024 Exam Pattern

The AP ICET 2024 examination pattern will be released by Kakatiya University along with the notification. As per the AP ICET 2024 examination pattern, the exam will be held online i.e. computer-based mode. The examination pattern for AP ICET will determine the total number of questions to be asked, question types, and the total duration. In the AP ICET examination pattern, the language of the exam will be English. Those applicants who wish to pursue management courses, have to take part in the state-level entrance exam AP ICET conducted by Kakatiya University.

AP ICET 2024 Admit Card

The Admit Card of AP ICET 2024 will be published online on the SVU (Sri Venkateshwara University) official website. It contains information like the Candidate’s Name, Roll no., AP ICET exam center, AP ICET exam timing & session, important instructions that the candidates have to follow before the exam.

After the conduction of the entrance test of AP ICET 2024, the official authorities will publish the provisional answer key and will be available in the pdf format on its official website of AP ICET 2024. AP ICET Result 2024

SVU will declare the AP ICET 2024 results on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). The result will be declared 10-15 days after the completion of the examination and after the declaration of the response keys. By providing the AP ICET Registration number, Roll number, & date of birth, all applicants who have taken part in the Integrated Common Entrance Test can view the result and also can download the rank card. Admission to MBA & MCA programs at university and its affiliated colleges will be offered on the basis of the result of the ICET.

How to View AP ICET Results 2024

Tie Breaking in AP ICET 2024 Result

In case, if two or more applicants obtain an identical score then to break this tie, the SVU resolves this issue by adopting a tie-breaking methodology. As per the information available in the information brochure, the tie-breaking methodology was indicated by the Sri Venkateswara University as mentioned below:

  • To break the tie, firstly, the mark obtained in Section A of the AP ICET question paper is considered.
  • If the tie is still there, then the mark obtained in Section B of the AP ICET question paper is considered.
  • If the tie is still there, then the applicant’s elder in age will be ranked higher.

AP ICET 2024 Counselling

After the release of the AP ICET result, the AP ICET 2024 counseling process for admission will start. Applicants will only be informed of the location of the counseling center via the online website. Applicants must pay the counseling fee and provide details such as the same registered mobile number & e-mail address and the fee receipt generated by the computer containing the registration ID & password. On the notified dates, the applicant will need to perform the web options, he/ she can also be able to change the list of college names later on. The exam conducting authority will then allocate the college and information regarding the allocation will be provided on the mobile number provided via SMS.

Document verification, allocation of seats & admissions to the desired colleges will be included in the entire AP ICET 2024 Counselling process. The counseling of the applicants will be performed on the basis of a merit list, which will be based on the applicant’s performance in the exam.
