• Attach your documents, photograph and signature to the form.

• Now, choose the location of the examination.
• You must choose the nearest location.
• Now, make the application fee payment.
• The payment has to be done online.
• Only after the payment of the fee, the application is selected.
• The application fee is not refundable.
• The application will be rejected if it is incomplete.
• In case of incorrect information also, the application will be rejected.
•  The application must be thoroughly checked before submitting.
• The information provided can’t be changed after the form is submitted.
