BEEE Overview

BEEEBEEE 2018 is Bharath Engineering Entrance Exam which is conducted by Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research.

The students interested in engineering course can apply for the exam, selected students can get admission in its campuses in Chennai, the candidate can opt for an online exam as well as an offline exam.

BEEE 2018 Eligibility Criteria

In order to register for the BEEE 2018 entrance exam, the candidates need to fulfill the eligibility criteria, the university has decided the following criteria in order to get admission:

AgeThe age of the applicants must be less than 25 years.
Qualifying ExamQualifying 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
Marks in qualifying examinationA minimum score of 50% marks in the 12th must be attained by the candidate.
Subject combinationCandidates must pass their qualifying exam with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology.
Number of attemptsNo limit
NationalityApplicants must be the citizen of India.

BEEE 2018 Application Form

Given below is the procedure for filling the application form, the forms will be submitted till January 2018 for Phase I whereas for Phase II application form will be submitted till April 2018.

  • Candidates will be able to get the application form through online as well as offline mode.
  • The candidates can fill the application form online on the universities official website and the offline application form will be available on the university campus.
  • Candidates are required to fill all the important details in the form.
  • Besides, they will have to upload and attach the photo and signature in the application form.
  • Candidates also need to upload a passport size photograph and signature in the application form.
  • After the application form has been filled, the candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs. 500.
  • The mode of paying the application fee is through internet banking as the credit card, debit card.

BEEE 2018 Exam Pattern

The details for exam pattern for BEEE 2018 is given below.

Mode of Examination

  • The examination will be conducted in two phases- Phase I and Phase II.
  • Phase I will be held in the offline mode, i.e. it will be a pen and paper based examination.
  • Phase II will be conducted in both offline and online mode.

Total number of SectionsThe question paper will consist question from the following sections:

  • Physics
  • Mathematics/Biology
  • Chemistry
  • English

Distribution of QuestionThe questions will be divided in the following order among the different sections:

  • Physics: 30
  • Chemistry: 30
  • Mathematics/Biology: 30
  • English: 30

Total number of MarksThe question paper will be of 100 marks.

Marking SchemeCandidates will be allotted 1 mark for the correct response. There is no negative marking for incorrect answer.

DurationCandidates will be given 2 ½ hours to complete the entire question paper.

BEEE 2018: Admit Card

All the students who successfully qualify the eligibility criteria for the exam will be provided admit card by the University, the admit card will be available on the University website and will have all the important details like date and time of the exam and venue of the exam hall.

The candidates are required to carry the admit card with themselves while appearing for the exam, failing to do so might result in expulsion from the examination hall.

BEEE 2018: Result

The result for BEEE 2018 will be declared by the University on their official website, candidates will need to enter their login information in order to download the result.

The candidates will not get the result by post or any other medium, the candidates successfully qualifying the exam will be called for the counseling by the university.

BEEE 2018 Counseling

The counseling process for BEEE 2018 will start from June 2018, during the counseling process the allotment of seats will be done, depending on the performance of a candidate the seat will be allotted.

Candidates with high rank will be given priority.

Once the seat has been allotted the candidates can get the admission at Chennai campus.
