CEEAH 2019 Overview

CEEAH 2019CEEAH stands for Common Entrance Examination for Ayurveda and Homeopathy. The university will conduct the entrance examination for the admission in the BAMS/BHMS courses for the academic session 2019. Candidates need to fill the application form which will be made available on the official website of CEEAH  Gauhati at  gauhati.ac.in

There is only 50 number of seats for the  BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) course and 150 seats for BHMS (Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery) course.

The authorities will conduct the CEEAH 2019 on all India basis in various centers across India.

CEEAH 2019 Eligibility Criteria

In this section, you will find the eligibility criteria led down by the CEEAH, 2019 only the students that qualify the criteria will be able to apply for the exam.

  • Before filling the application form of CEEAH 2019, candidates must have a look at the eligibility criteria as prescribed by the CEEAH.
  • The candidate must have to pass the 12th examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as main subjects.
  • Should have obtained at least 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English individually
  • Candidate’s age should not be below 17 years and above 24 years of age on the 31st December 2019 and
  • The candidate should have passed the exam with marks no less than 50% in case of General/Unreserved/Open Category and 40% marks in case of SC/ST/OBC Category in the CEEAH-2019.

Exam Pattern for CEEAH 2019

In this section, candidates will find the CEEAH 2019 exam pattern:

The authorities will conduct the CEEAH exam in a bilingual language which will be English and Assamese. The question will be on the basis of NCERT syllabus adopted by AHSEC, Assam. Candidate will get 3 hrs for examination. The exam pattern consists of some questions, maximum marks, duration, negative marking are mentioned below in the table:

CEEAH 2019 Application Form
  • The candidates interested to get admission will have to pay an application fee of Rs 1000 as prescribed by the University.
  • The authority will release the CEEAH 2018 Application form in the 3rd week of July 2019. The candidates will be able to fill the application form via online mode only. The candidates cannot apply through offline mode.
  • The registration shall be completed in multiple steps as registration, uploading the photograph and signature in the correct format, dimensions, and size as mentioned by the authority.
  • The candidates should fill all the details correctly in the registration form such as name, contact details, educational qualifications, etc. After filling the details, the candidates will have to pay the application fee, via e- challan or whichever method of paying is available. The candidate should take a printed copy of the application form for the future use.


CEEAH Gauhati 2018 Admit Card

The conducting authorities will release the admit card for CEEAH Gauhati after the commencement of the slot booking process in the 4th week of July 2019, on the university official website, only the candidates having a booked slot will be able to download their admit card.

During the examination, the candidates need to have the admit card with them. Otherwise, they might get expelled from the exam.

The applicants will be able to find all the important details like candidate name, roll no, venue of the exam, date & time.


CEEAH Gauhati 2018 Result

After the successful commencement of exam, the university will publish the result on their official website in the 4the week of August; the students will be able to download the admit card from university website using their application number & date of birth.

After the result has been announced a list will be released for the candidates shortlisted for counseling.
