The official website has begun accepting registrations for GEEE 2023. The Galgotias Engineering Entrance Exam 2023 is scheduled for July 4, 2023. GEE is Galgotias Engineering Entrance Examination. This is an entrance test performed by Galgotias University, Greater Noida, for applicants applying for admission to the integrated B.Tech and B.Tech courses. Galgotias University is accredited and has been acknowledged by the Indian Universities Association, the Indian Nursing Council, the All India Technical Education Council (AICTE), the Indian Bar Council, the National Teacher Education Council (NCTE), the Indian Pharmacy Council, and the Architecture Council. GEEE is an examination at the university level and is organized once a year. The application form for GEEE 2023 will be released by Galgotias University in December 2022. In the online mode, the registration form will become accessible. Here is the step-by-step process for filling out the GEEE 2023 application form.
Students have to fill out the GEEE 2023 online application form on the university’s website. The online registration involves steps such as registration, application form completion, document uploading, application fee payment and final form submission. Here is the comprehensive step-by-step process for filling out the online application form.
Step 1- Registration: By offering their basic information such as name, email address, mobile phone number and others, applicants can sign up. Applicants will also be advised to make a password that will be used to complete their registration form, download the admit card, the outcome and other admission procedures for all future logins.
To finalize the enrollment process, click on the ‘Register’ button after filling in all the information and generating a password. An email containing their application number and other critical details will be received by the applicants.
Step 2- Filling out the Application Form: Applicants must log in to their applicant portal using the email registration details and the password they have generated. Applicants will be asked to fill in family-related details such as the name of the parents with the contact number, communication address, date of birth, educational qualification details, desired course choice, as well as other relevant information.
Applicants must be careful when filling out the application form, as inaccurate or misleading details may result in the form being cancelled and admission being refused. All specifics from the official documents must be entered by applicants only. To finish the registration form, click on the submit button after filling in all the information.
Step 3- Uploading Documents: Applicants will have to upload digital copies of their latest colored photograph and signature of passport size. As indicated by the exam conducting authority, the photograph and signature must be precisely within the measurement. The photo size should not surpass 200 KB and the signature size must not surpass 50 KB in order to be uploaded in JPEG format only.
Step 4- Payment of Application Fees: In order to finish the registration process, applicants must pay Rs. 500 in online mode as application fees. A credit/debit card/netbanking/PayTM wallet can be used to pay application fees. The system will assign a new ID containing a unique identification number for applicants.
Step 5- Final Submission of Form: After completion of payment, the application form will be immediately submitted. Applicants should make a note of their unique identification number and keep a GEEE 2023 print of the registration form submitted. Applicants do not have to send a print of the online application form to the university, but they should preserve the physical copy until the enrollment process is complete.

In June 2023, the GEEE 2023 Admit Card will be available. The Institution will upload the Admit Card on the university’s official website during the month of June. The university will also mail the applicants an email with their admit card attached.
The university will not send the Admit Card by post to the registered address of the candidate. Candidates can, however, register on the website and download the admit card from the site itself.
Candidates Admit card includes personal information such as the names of candidates, DOB, registration number, photograph, signature, date and time of examination, address, etc.
The GEEE 2023 result will be declared in online mode in June. The result will be released in the form of a score card, along with the total marks and rank, the marks secured by applicants in each subject. A merit list of all the candidates that will be used for the purpose of seat allocation will also be released by the university. Applicants will be able to use their application number to check their results and merit list on the official university website.
The selected applicants have to show up for the counselling process after the declaration of results. At the time of counselling, make sure to bring the proper set of documents. To appear in counseling, the applicants are required to fill out a preference form. A call letter is released on the official website and must be accompanied with all the other documents at the time of the counselling.

In order to apply for GEEE 2023, applicants should have passed 10+2 in the subjects of physics, chemistry and mathematics.
With Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology being the mandatory subjects, the applicants should have passed their 10+2 exam with a minimum aggregate of 50 percent marks.
