MCI/DCI, MoHFW, MHRD has provided the guidelines for the NEET UG 2020.
The exam will be conducted by the CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education).
The CBSE is limited to the conduct of entrance exam, declaration of result and providing All India rank to the directorate general health services.
After results are out, MCI will conduct 15% all India quota seats counselling and rest 85% seats admission takes place by state counselling authorities, colleges, universities.

NEET 2020 Eligibility Criteria
All the applicants should always check his/her eligibility before applying for the NEET 2020.
There have been certain changes in the entrance test.
Applicants must read the criteria carefully.
(i) Age Limit
* Minimum Age: at least 17 years old as on or before 31st December of 2020.
* Maximum Age: must be less than 25 years (for unreserved candidates) and 30 years (for SC, ST, OBC).
(ii) Nationality Conditions
* Nationality: Applicant must be Indian National or Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Overseas Citizen of India (OCIs), Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs), Foreign National.
* J&K/AP/Telangana: NEET 2020 aspirants from J&K/AP/Telangana will be given an All India 15% quota only if they submit self-declaration.
* Indian Applicant must produce Aadhaar Number.
* Examination: 12th class qualification or equivalent is mandatory.
* Subjects: Subjects in 12th class level should include Chemistry, Physics, Biology/Biotechnology with English.
* 10+2 appearing- students going to appear in 12th can also apply.
Marks Requirement: In the qualifying exam (PCB group), the candidate should have at least 50% marks for GEN, whereas, for General-PH, 45% marks is required while for SC/ST and OBC, the requirement is 40%.
NEET 2020 Application Form
NEET UG 2020 application form will be issued by CBSE at cbseneet.nic.in. Concerned aspirants may apply online from (date to be announced) to (date to be announced). Applicants must go through the instructions of NEET 2020 information bulletin and then apply for the same. Aadhaar card and other mandatory documents should be ready before filling up form.

- Open cbseneet.nic.in in your browser. Look for apply online link and click on it.
- Register yourself after filling the necessary details.
- One OTP on SMS will be sent on your registered mobile phone, enter it in the NEET 2020 application form.
- One registration number will be allotted to you. Keep the registration number. Proceed to login and fill remaining form along with the details.
- Upload your latest photograph and signature in JPEG format.
- Pay application fee.
- Print acknowledgment page.
NEET 2020 Syllabus
It is confirmed that the syllabus shall remain the same for 2020. We suggest you stay connected with us for the latest news. This syllabus pattern is on basis of MCI guidelines. As per existing rules, the NEET question paper is prepared as per the guidelines laid down by the MCI (Medical Council of India). The syllabus has questions consisting of topics from Physics, Botany, Chemistry, and Zoology subjects.
It shall carry components from what CBSE, NCERT & COBSE prescribes as the syllabus for 11th & 12th class standard.
NEET 2020 Exam Pattern
(i) No. of Question: Total 180 questions
(ii) Exam Mode: offline mode (pen and paper based mode).
(iii) Type of Question: Objective type questions
(iv) Subjects: Physics, Chemistry & Biology (Zoology & Botany)
(v) Exam Duration: 3 hours.
(vi) Language: framing of question paper shall be in the following languages including- Hindi, English, Gujarati, Marathi, Oriya, Bengali, Assamese, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu.
(vii) Marking Scheme: +4 marks for correct answer
(vii) Negative Marking: -1 mark is deducted for each incorrect answer

NEET 2020 Result
The Central Board of Secondary Education evaluates the Answer Sheets.
Candidates are awarded marks out of 720. Result is hosted on website www.cbseneet.nic.in which might be out in 1st week of June 2020.
Exact date of result declaration will be available later on website.
CBSE prepares the merit list/ wait list as directed by DGHS, MCI and DCI.
The result will be out in pdf form carrying the names of the candidates who have qualified.
There will be no category wise result sheet.
NEET 2020 Official Website
NEET 2020 Application form, admit card, result, syllabus are uploaded on cbseneet.nic.in.
Candidates must visit the website to register and submit application form.
They can also download and read the prospectus from there.
After that, they have to visit the website again to download admit card.
If application form correction starts, then they can do it also.
After the exam, candidates are provided with an answer key on official website.
After a certain time period, CBSE publishes result on official website.
